Goodness Grows is a scrappy, happy homage to flower gardens. Composed of log cabin flower blocks and string-pieced leaf units enclosed by a “rail fence,” this quilt is a perfect way to use a line of fabric or a bunch of scraps to create a quilt that’ll have you thinking “spring” all year long. If you mix up the placement of prints in your log cabin flower blocks, then just like in a real flower garden, no two blooms will be the same.
